Meet The Team

Terry BSc, MSc, MBPsS

Psychologist, Assessor & Coach

Terry is an Occupational Psychologist and Neurodiversity Strategy Coach who specialises in diagnostic assessments and workplace support for neurodivergent people. He has experience working with adults and children across diverse settings, including schools, higher education, the workplace, and the justice system.

Since completing his MSc in Occupational Psychology in 2016, Terry has worked with clients who are employed, unemployed, in education, and in prison environments. He facilitates neurodiversity awareness training, group workshops, and career and workplace strategy coaching.

Specialist in Female Neurodiversity and Trauma-Informed Practice

Kelly is a Business Psychologist who focuses on the links between neurodiversity, gender, and workplace wellbeing. She has experience working in both public and private settings, supporting people and organisations to create more inclusive environments.

Her style is warm, practical, and grounded in everyday reality. She understands how autism, ADHD, and executive function differences can look different in women and non-binary people, especially when past experiences such as trauma or domestic abuse play a role. Kelly brings this awareness into her work so that her recommendations feel relevant and achievable.
