You Know You’re Neurodivergent. What Comes Next?
A structured practical support programme for adults who already have a diagnosis or identified neurodivergent profile and want to understand what that means for them in everyday life.
Across three personalised sessions, we turn understanding into practical strategies, systems and next steps that fit the way you actually think, work and live.

Available across the UK.
Adults who already know they are neurodivergent
A formal diagnosis or an identified neurodivergent profile is enough.
Sessions + planning between sessions
Including a pre-programme questionnaire, personalised formulation and practical strategy development.
An 8–12 page personalised plan
Bringing together what works for you, practical strategies and clear next steps.
When Understanding the Label Is Not Enough
Many people reach the end of an assessment with a name for their neurodivergence but very little guidance about what to do with that information. ND: What Now? focuses on that next stage.
I understand the diagnosis, but not what it means for me
You want to connect the information you already have to your own experiences, patterns and everyday life.
I know what I “should” do, but it does not work for me
Generic productivity, organisation or wellbeing advice may not fit the way your brain actually works.
I want practical systems that fit my life
You want to develop approaches around work, study, routines, organisation or everyday demands that feel realistic and sustainable.
I want to know what to focus on first
You may have several areas you want to change and need help identifying the underlying themes and most useful starting points.
Turning Understanding Into Something Useful
The programme is personalised around your situation. We focus on the areas that matter most to you rather than following a generic set of strategies.
Making sense of your patterns
Understanding strengths, needs, patterns and why particular demands may require more conscious effort.
Getting things started and managed
Practical systems around task initiation, workload, planning, remembering and managing competing priorities.
Finding ways of working that fit
Exploring approaches to communication, workload, environments, studying, organisation and support where relevant.
Routines, demands & energy
Developing practical ways to manage everyday expectations, routines, transitions and the demands competing for your attention and energy.
Three Sessions, Built Around You
Before we start
You complete a questionnaire to help identify what is happening now, what you would like to change and where support may be most useful.
Understand the patterns
The first sessions explore what is happening beneath the surface, the patterns that show up across different areas and what may be getting in the way.
Develop what works
We test and refine practical strategies, systems and approaches around the areas that matter most to you.
Your Think Possible Plan
The work is brought together into a personalised written plan so you leave with clear strategies and next steps.
Your Personalised Think Possible Plan
The programme ends with a practical written plan designed to be useful after the sessions have finished, rather than leaving you to remember everything discussed.
What you have learned about yourself
The key patterns, strengths, needs and themes that have emerged through the programme.
What may help in practice
Personalised approaches, systems and strategies developed around your actual life rather than a generic checklist.
What to focus on going forward
Clear priorities and next steps across work, study, routines or everyday life where relevant.
Your Think Possible Plan brings the programme together in a clear, personalised format that you can return to when you need it.
