Practical Support for the Way You Work
One-to-one workplace coaching for neurodivergent employees who want practical support with the demands of their role, their ways of working or a specific challenge at work.
Sessions are shaped around the individual and their real working context, helping turn insight into strategies that are realistic, useful and sustainable.

Per session
Focused around the individual and their work.
Neurodivergent employees
Including people with a diagnosis, identified neurodivergent profile or established understanding of their workplace needs.
Real workplace demands
Sessions focus on what is actually happening at work rather than following a fixed coaching programme.
Flexible
Coaching can be used for a particular issue or across a series of sessions where ongoing support would be useful.
Support With the Demands Behind the Job
Coaching can be useful when someone understands broadly what they find difficult at work but wants help developing practical ways of managing those demands.
Organisation & workload
Prioritising, planning, starting tasks, keeping track of information or managing several demands at once.
Communication
Preparing for conversations, giving or receiving information, navigating expectations or finding clearer ways to communicate.
Focus & task management
Finding ways to work with attention, distraction, motivation, interruptions and different types of task.
Confidence & self-understanding
Understanding patterns at work, recognising strengths and developing approaches that feel more natural and sustainable.
Built Around the Person and the Role
There is no standard set of coaching topics. Sessions focus on the areas that matter most to the individual within their actual working environment.
Planning, starting & finishing
Practical approaches to prioritising, task initiation, sequencing, deadlines and keeping track of work.
Finding systems that fit
Developing tools, routines and approaches that suit how the individual processes information and manages their role.
Navigating workplace interactions
Exploring meetings, feedback, requests, boundaries, expectations and other communication demands.
Managing changing demands
Developing practical strategies for workload changes, uncertainty, competing priorities or periods of increased pressure.
Focused on What Is Useful Now
Identify the focus
We start with what is happening at work now and what the individual would like to be different.
Understand the pattern
We explore what may sit underneath the difficulty, including the task, environment, expectations and current strategies.
Develop approaches
Together we identify practical strategies or systems that fit the individual rather than relying on generic productivity advice.
Review & refine
Where there are further sessions, we look at what worked, what did not and what needs adjusting.
Individual or Organisation-Funded
Book directly
Individuals can arrange workplace coaching directly when they want support with a particular work-related goal or challenge.
Employer-funded coaching
Organisations can fund coaching as part of workplace support, following a Workplace Needs Assessment or as a standalone provision where the coaching goals are already clear.
Coaching Has a Different Purpose to Assessment
Developing practical ways forward
Coaching focuses on goals, workplace situations and practical strategies that the individual wants to develop.
It does not provide a diagnosis
Where someone needs diagnostic clarification, a separate assessment service would be more appropriate.
Focused on workplace functioning
Coaching is not psychological therapy. Where therapeutic support is needed, an appropriate clinical or counselling service may be more suitable.
Book Workplace Coaching
Flexible neurodivergence-informed coaching focused on real workplace goals, demands and strategies.
Before You Book
Do I need a diagnosis?
No formal diagnosis is required where there is already a clear understanding of the neurodivergent or workplace needs you would like support with.
How many sessions do I need?
There is no fixed number. Some people use coaching for a specific issue, while others benefit from a short series of sessions with time between them to try and refine strategies.
Can my employer pay for the sessions?
Yes. Coaching can be funded by an employer or booked directly by the individual.
Do I need a Workplace Needs Assessment first?
No. Where the coaching goals are already clear, coaching can be arranged as a standalone service. A Workplace Needs Assessment may be more useful where the broader support needs are still unclear.
Is workplace coaching therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on workplace goals, strategies and ways of working rather than providing psychological therapy.
